For around twenty years we’ve had an agency with Cater Allen Private Bank and their predecessor Fleming Private Banking.
What was a good, and novel product, is now not so, and we have various reports from clients of poor service from Cater Allen now its a small part of Santander.
With this in mind we’ve now closed our Cater Allen agency. Clients should not notice any difference in day to day service – we haven’t used any functions of the agency for well over a year.
