Register of Persons with Significant Control

To submit to Whitefield Tax your Register of People with Significant Control (PSC register) in connection with your annual accounts

You will receive an email acknowledgement, and a copy for your records.

This form does not instruct Whitefield Tax to update your PSC Register, file a Completion Statement or update Companies House.

Guidance on PSC Register requirements

You are responsible for maintaining your Register of People with Significant Control, notifying Companies House of People with Significant Control and Filing an annual Confirmation Statement with Companies House. Whitefield can assist with these duties on request.
