From Wednesday 2 December 2020, our office will reopen for visitors.

Specifically:

  • Most of our staff work from home, so we are geared up for home working. For the most part our service will be continuing as usual. However due to staff with childcare commitments some working hours will change, and hence support staff may not be able to reply to emails as quickly as normal.
  • Our core office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm, and we aim to have our reception staffed for visitors and telephone calls during those times.

  • From 8th August by law you must wear a mask if visiting our offices.
