Its been announced today that the National Minimum Wage will rise in October 2012.
For adult workers it increases by 11p to £6.19.
The rates for 18-20 years olds (£4.98) and 16-17 year olds (£3.68) remain unchanged.
The apprentice rate increases by 5p to £2.65
