Following a review of processes and services Companies House plans to implement changes to a number of fees. The regulations have been laid in Parliament and will come into force on 6th April 2011
Customers filing their Annual Return online will benefit from the reduction in the filing fee from £15 to £14. This new fee will apply to any annual return filed electronically received on or after 6 April 2011. This applies to company and LLP annual returns.
The old fee will apply to an annual return delivered under the Companies Act 2006, which is received on or before 5 April 2011.
An annual return, submitted under the Companies Act 2006, received on or before 5th April 2011 which is rejected for any reason and is subsequently returned to Companies House on or after 6th April 2011 will be subject to the new fee.
